I'm involved in several projects, which deal with various molecular methods:

Next Generation Sequencing on the Ion Torrent platform
Gene sequencing, phylogenetic analyses and detection of positive selection
Gene expression assays to investigate the genetic basis of a morphological trait
Molecular diet analysis (barcoding with Sanger sequencing)
